A = Align the Essentials: Turn Bright Ideas into Booked Demos.

Wild ideas only work when the wiring underneath is solid. Ever burned a month on a flashy TikTok only to see zero demos? Let’s fix that.

1. Start with the where, not the wow.

An “omni-channel” play isn’t spray-and-pray; it’s 3-4 channels your buyers actually open during the day.

  • B2B SaaS? LinkedIn feed ads + founder-led thought-leadership posts + retargeted YouTube How-To’s.

  • DTC wellness brand? TikTok creator mash-ups + Insta Reels + first-purchase email flow.

Pick the rooms your audience already hangs out in, then join the conversation.

2. Reverse-engineer the fun.

Grab a whiteboard—or your phone’s voice notes on a walk—and dump every off-the-wall campaign idea. For each one, ask:

Does it move the funnel stage we care about?

Does it fit the channels above?

If the answer isn’t a double-yes, park it for later.

3. Chart the path to conversion

Every campaign needs a one-line map that shows the hand-offs:

“Promote a guide on LinkedIn → drive traffic → capture email → 3-email nurture → value-prop page → book demo.”

Now you know exactly where creative meets conversion.

4. Connect your KPIs

Map at least one KPI to every step:

5. Gut-check the alignment.
When the creative spark, chosen channel, and KPI ladder all point to the same business goal, you’re aligned. If one piece feels tacked on, it probably is—trim it.

Alignment feels obvious—until you’re knee-deep in ‘fun’ ideas. If your channel mix or KPIs look fuzzy, message me for a comprehensive audit to better understand where your strategy is and isn’t aligned.
